I always enter into a relationship with clients from a place of compassion, honesty and respect. I believe that tremendous life changes can happen within such a relationship. I have worked with a wide variety of people including parents, couples, students, business people and artists. I am trained in body-oriented psychotherapy as well as more traditional forms of 'talk therapy' and encourage clients to examine their 'here and now' experience in session. My experience has led me to believe that this is the way to make solid, identifiable progress in therapy. I am in trained several schools of psychological theory including: Psychodynamic, Systems Theory, Depth Psychology, Self Psychology, Body-Oriented Psychotherapy, Authentic Movement and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I have had success in helping people increase their self esteem, feel more relaxed and energized in their lives and helped many couples in deepening intimacy and resolving old conflicts and resentments.
